Cassie’s world has recently changed in the most heartbreaking way. Her devoted mom, who had been in hospice care, has passed away and sweet Cassie found herself in need of a safe place to land.
At 13 years old, we know that what Cassie needs most isn’t transition or uncertainty — it’s stability, comfort, and love. Therefore, we are honored to welcome her into our Hospice Program, where she will spend the rest of her golden years in her furever foster home in Dahlonega, Georgia, surrounded by compassion and care, and where we will remain committed to meeting her every need.
