Bobbie Jo Wallace Parsons (Oct. 15, 1944 - Feb. 13, 2015) was a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lover, owner, and rescuer. She was a volunteer of Cavalier Rescue of Alabama and a friend to all Cavaliers in need. Known for stopping at no end to ensure the safety and well being of a dog. The Legacy of Bobbie Jo Wallace Parsons is a fund set up specifically for circumstances in which purchasing is required to save or prevent dogs from harm.
